Tracy the manager at this location on Ten Mile is the best. She has the answers, listens to what you’re wanting and then finds it for you. Great morning spent as she got our New Covered area for our RV. Great clean facilities for sure, great diagonal back up into covered spots so we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Tracy and Public Storage on Ten Mile in Meridian ID.👍🏼

Ricardo was great. Explained the whole processes and gave me a complete tour of the unit I made an appointment for. Was able to complete the process and walked me through how to access my new unit. Great first experience renting a storage unit.

The Arroyo Pkwy. location in Pasadena was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had applying for the rental of anything (apts., cars, etc.). BUT, the icing on the cake was Sara’s warm greeting and guidance on the app-driven entry and exit from the building.
